Battery Not charging on EHU - solved by the forum!

Just want to say that the plug really does come out of the charger, this seems incredible but a bit of squirrelling around under the front seat solved our problem when we couldn’t get any charge on EHU despite all of the mains sockets working. Seems to be a really common problem but very easy to fix thanks to the forum. Ta!
