I’ve removed both.

The strap is to hold the back of the multiflex in the up position.

I cannot remember what the double hook does, but I did work it out before deciding to remove it.

The first one, hooks around one of the headrest poles to hold the multiflex in an upright position against the back of bench seat.

The 2nd one is for your grocery bags.
