I would be interested to hear which dealer you've managed to persuade to change your bellows four times, and any comments they made?

SMG Tonbridge, they have been outstanding which is more than I can say for VW customer care

VW commercial probably monitor the forum. So I would like to make it quite clear that I have absolutely no intention when getting our new van home of using aquatex. I will not be popping up the roof and applying a first coat of aquatex, waiting two hours, and applying a final coat. Subsequently, if the bellows leak after having done none of the above I will be calling in my VW warranty.

They can’t even respond to emails or handle complaints efficiently. I doubt they are systematically monitoring anything

My 3s upgraded to 4s and they have survived an epic drenching in the Lake District. There was water on the metal at the foot of the bellows but I think this was condensation rather than leakage.
