Bike & luggage rack for T7 beach camper

We are planning to buy a good solution to carry bikes and luggage , may I know the possible options and the budget is less than euro 1k and it should fit 3 bikes and a luggage of about 200litres at least!

I think you will struggle to get an all-in-one system for the Towbar.
More likely a Towbar bike rack and a roof box for light stuff.

Thanks a lot both of you @WelshGas & @Ch1pbutty , I will either go for velcompact from Thule & existing roof box from Hapro . One question , does the multivan version of roof rack work for newer version of california as I don’t see any accessories from VW yet ?

No idea I'm afraid but there are bolt attachments along the roof on each side.
