Bluemtion

I've just had my 2016 Cali Ocean in for a major service. Took it out for the weekend and noticed the Bluemotion Start/Stop was not working. We have the symbol that shows it is not available but have been through the manual and there are no obvious issues that I can see that would stop it being operational. Any thoughts?

There are numerous requirements for Start/Stop to work, and if anyone is not met then it will not work.
The main requirements are Engine Battery charged sufficiently, AirCon temperature selection compared with ambient temperature, Towbar electrics plugged in, Leisure Battery state of charge, engine temperature etc:etc:.

Many thanks, bingo, we had the bike rack electrics connected and never figured that could do it nor did I see it mentioned in the manual as a cause for it to not work. Working just fine now and might have put two and two together if I had taken it for a test drive today. Probably not!
