Book now if you’re planning to go to France in the summer

Just booked our ferry for our annual trip to France in the summer - with a California this year hopefully. Irish Ferries Dublin to Cherbourg.

If you’re thinking of a trip in the summer, you might want to book very quickly. Already too late on Stena Lines for the dates we wanted (end of June to mid-Aug) - no cabins left. Still a few cabins left on Irish Ferries.

I am so glad that we booked our crossings (Rosslare - Cherbourg) last year.

Britain Ferries has only 10 cabins on a specific ferry where it is allowed to bring to dog with. Last October we drove to Frankfurt (also Rosslare - Cherbourg) and the dog had to stay in the kennel (nothing against the kennel, it was warm, clean and big enough) but our dog was not impressed and didn't speak with us for days....
