Had an adequate but not awesome buying experience in Breeze Poole. Van's battery's weren't properly charged and that side of the system seems possibly unreliable. Hopefully this will resolve in time and use.
Accessories listed on vehicle spec were not included in sale, and this is not being rectified by the dealer who are saying i can order and pay for them myself. I'm mulling over whether to escalate this as i'm essentially going to be out of pocket to rectify, even if the amount is only a few hundred pounds.
Van is supposed to have 5+ promise , but on arriving to pickup van and asking for some evidence of this before i drove away they seemed confused about why it wasn't on the online system correctly, and haven't provided an update on this nearly 2 weeks after purchase despite assurances that they would.
It's a little bit of a shame as i chose Breeze over other (cheaper) dealers based on the positive word of mouth - but my experience has not backed this up, so buyer beware i guess.

I rejected my first T7 California Ocean bought from Breeze Poole in June after 3 days. They sourced a second (identical ) vehicle really quickly, offered some compensation because of the costs associated with transferring a private plate over, and I was supposed to pick the ‘new’ van up in 13 June - but it’s had a fault on it that they have still been unable to rectify. I’m having to do all the chasing - it’s really quite disappointing. The van is mine, bought and paid outright and register to me - but I have only seen it in passing in their car park.

Oh man. Not what I wanted to hear.
I have a t7 4Motion on order with Breeze.
Seems hit n miss at the moment.

Sorry - I think they try their best - but Poole in particular is a very busy place. The parking spot is always rammed and it’s a very high energy environment. It is of course primarily a commercial centre - not specifically focused on California’s and so they have an overwhelming commercial/trades client base I think, and that takes their focus it would appear to me anyway. I’m just disappointed that I seem to be doing most of the chasing; im sure keeping me happy is relatively low down on the daily priority list - despite the fact that I’ve sunk over £75K into a vehicle that will actually be my daily driver, and is probably considerably more than the vast bulk of their sales and service. Just my view!

I have used Breeze for many years and can not fault the service from Breeze Southampton. There is a high number of Cali's in for work every time I visit their site. We may spend a lot of money on our vans, but small firms are likely to spend more on small fleets of vehicles. I do not have any paperwork for my 5-star package on my current van, but it is included in my invoice, as well as in the previously purchased extended VW service plans and warranties. I have never had any other paperwork except sales invoices. I have never had any issues in making claims. I have only used Poole once, many years ago. I have bought from 3 different dealers, the last being Breeze at Portsmouth, which I can not fault re communications, updates and delivery of the van.
