Brittany - 1st Timers

Anyone have any 'must do' (or 'DO NOT') camping recommendations for 2-3 days in Brittany? I understand it's all fab, but that makes the choice harder. Was considering Saint-Nazaire area (coast) and maybe somewhere near to Brest, but am not tied to that. Hoping timing is OK (5-7 Sep), as schools are back in play then. Have already read the existing threads and am digesting the info there-in. Only 2 adults on board, with a preference for quieter sites, but reasonable access to some villages/towns preferable.
