BUSFEST 2015

Well, that's (nearly) it folks........ Its gone!!!!

Due to a massive demand for camping space/tickets the GENERAL Camping areas for this year's BUSFEST are now FULL.

We have now CLOSED the bookings (online & Postal for GENERAL Camping).

We have a few spaces left in FAMILY CAMPING areas but expect to close them as well in the next day or so.

We will still be able to accommodate lots of Day visitors but we will have no space available for any more camping.

For those of you who have booked - This year is looking to be another really good memorable event (again). We have lots of fantastic entertainment (and Transporters) lined up.

OK, a bit of excitement for those of you who have got yourselves booked in to go to BUSFEST next month.......


I can confirm that we WILL have a T6 CALIFORNIA with us as one of our Display vehicles at BUSFEST.



This will be/is (I believe) the first and possibly only T6 California you will see in the UK before the "Official" ones start to appear at the dealerships.

It will be (of course) in LHD format but will feature most of the options you will find eventually on the UK spec ones when they eventually arrive in the UK.

Will be interested to see any differences to the camping interior... It is 11 years into production after all with only VERY minor developments (Some of them backward steps)

We are popping in on the Sunday after a trip to the forest of Dean with the bikes. Will be good to see a T6. Also expect to buy a few bits that I don't need

Hi all I will be their on the threebridgecampers stand, I'm hiring my campervan out, vw unique camper hire, we are about to order a t6 Ocean ready for next year, come and say hi and have a cuppa.

The california club site is within 30 yards of the twin large poles and adjacent to the dog friendly camping site. Literally behind the fun fair. Most of the busfest staff do not have a map, if they do we are on plot 24. Hope this helps.

Had a great time at this years Busfest, our first visit & definitely not our last. So much to look around, very busy Sat & Sun around the trade stalls, we got in early on the Friday and had a good look then. Great to meet more California members in the California Club camping, great weather made our stay even better & lovely bit of rugby banter thrown in to. Looking forward to more meets to come.

Our 1st time also! Enjoyed meeting all who attended. Interesting to see how many people have a keen interest in Californias, even for true experts at a VW show! The tour around the T6 Cali for informative and we liked a lot.......but no rush to buy a new one just yet!

Moved back to family camping this year as last year was a bit odd, approximately 15 or so Californias and nobdy really speaking to each other. Was it it any different this year?

We were also in family camping, we did venture over to the club area but most people seemed to be keeping themselves to themselves! Possibly a better atmosphere at COTF?

We really enjoyed being in the California Club area, great spot, close to amenities and the trade stalls. There were around 13 California's, varying years, found other Cali owners great to chat to & swap advice & info about our adventures on our cali's. Noticed quite a few people taking a walk around our club area, most stopped for a chat, others seem to prefer to just look from a distance. Would stay at the Cali Club area again
