Buying a Cali

Hi everybody,
I'm Stefano from Switzerland.

I want to buy a T5 from 2008, automatic gearbox 2,5 liter diesel, with 184'000 km (around 114'000 miles), metallic grey with a little scratch on the left side of the van.

It's a friend of mine that sold the van, he ask me around 27-30'000 Chf (circa 25-27'000 Euro).
He keep the van always in a garage, all the service done and he sell because he don't use it anymore..

It's a good price for a Cali?

26,000 euro's is around £19,000 UK pounds
The same vehicle over in the UK would be between £25,000 - £29,000
So I would say you got a good deal. Lots of fun for the money.

Hi Stefano, You should check the prices in Switzerland to make a comparison. I think the used cars there are cheaper to other parts of Europe due to low taxation.

welcome from Switzerland too. I guess you already know all the websites to find some Calis (comparis, autoscout...).

I'm not an expert at all although I guess the price is ok but not a good deal (too many kilometers for that price).

Be sure you check the wordwideweb befor buying.

thanks sapto but the one you're linked it's a Caravelle..
Now the price is lowered it's 21'625 Euro or 16'500 GBP..

Would you buy this T5 for that price? I think I will
