Selling my beloved Ocean, creating an advert but my photos keep coming in upside down? Even if I upload an upside down one it still leaves it upside down? Totally confused

Would it help to use a photo editor, rotate the pictures and save?

yeah I did but some where the right way up?

Yeah I tried that too. Even uploading an upside down image it just stays upside down rather than flipping it. Weird

My Samsung S6 does this. Even rotating doesn't help as the metadata contains the orientation.

A simple fix (on a PC) is just to rotate it and use the windows snipping tool to grab another image and save it! Not great if you want high-resolution images though.

We had this problem posting our recent Cali advert. On iOS and MAC simply alter the image from ‘photo’ to ‘square’ when taking the pictures or, having taken the pictures as ‘photo’, crop to ‘square’. This worked for us...thanks to my wife working it out!
