Cancel subscription for vip membership

Hello I have tried the contact email for assistance but had no reply . I had a email advising ‘Thank you for purchasing an account upgrade’
Presumably an automatic renewal on Sunday.
I tried to contact immediately to cancel this as I didn’t want a renewal, and had no reply. I would like to cancel this and seek a refund please. Can someone help please? Thanks

Remember PayPal recuring subscriptions for anything can be cancelled from ones own paypal account to stop ongoing future payments but oviously you need ti do inadvance of the payment date.

Sorry for tagging onto this thread, but I cannot find an answer anywhere else. I do not have a PayPal account and so cannot cancel the automatic renewal. I am happy for my membership to run until September 2025 (as a payment has been taken already), but please cancel the automatic renewal.

Good afternoon, I having just sold our VW we would like to cancel our subscription. Like others I am struggling to find which payment method we used. I thought it was paypal but could not see any recurring payments of past payments.
Are you able to stop all future payments your end.
