Membership renewal

I sent a message to admin via the contact form last week but received no reply, and again today.

The VIP membership fee (renewal) has been taken from my Paypal account without prior notification and I would like a refund please as I no longer want to be a VIP. Who do I contact about this and how do I get a refund?

You could have changed your preferences in your PayPal account. When you registered as a VIP member you gave permission to PayPal to make an Annual Payment.
The Forum does not inform you nor does it make a request for payment PayPal does that automatically as you gave it permission too. You could have selected a one off payment if you wished.
