Thank you for replying. Yes there is an indentation in the rubber. The roof itself appears fine. It’s just when we lower the roof the seal catches on the bracket so does not close smoothly, but clunks into place. We did have a problem with the roof dropping that side, but lowering and putting it back up rectified the problem. There is nothing to take pic of that would help. We have the van booked in to get it checked anyway, better safe than sorry.Or there's something terrible wrong with you roof or awning or everything is perfect normal , but i'm guessing you mean the roof seal has a small deformation on where it rest on the brackets , witch is perfect normal.
A picture of your issue or more details wil be helpfull
Thank you. When you lower the roof when it's not fully open on both sides ( lowerd while overnight ) you could up damaging things .
You always need to start from a fully open roof before lowering , this means when you see the roof has come down a bit on one side you start with opening the roof fully by using the control panel and next lower it .
It can always be the roof mecanism on yours is a bit out of line , and therefore not closing evenly on both sides...if this happens all the time indeed you better heve it checked.
