Can't login to Campervanbits

I want to order something from the Club shop online but can't remember my password. I have asked for a password reset but I am not getting the reset email through. I have tried setting up a new account with a different email address but don't get the password email for that either.

I've messaged from the website but not heard anything back. Is anyone aware of any issues with the website?
