Driving with a RHD Cali in Europe is not normally a problem at all, but there are a couple of situations where you are a bit blindsided.
I've put a convex mirror on the nearside wing mirror. I've found it particularly useful in driving in Europe for checking before overtaking on motorways, and checking the left hand lane when I'm negotiating the ever increasing number of roundabouts.
I bought a Carpoint one, which was one of the better ones in a write up in Auto Express a while ago, and which is unobtrusive - i.e it doesn't stick up above or outside the existing mirror. I bought it here:

It takes a bit of getting used to because the coverage is very wide so the image is very small when looked at it from the driver's seat, but nevertheless I've found it very helpful.
