Cleaning pop top inner lining

Hi there
Anyone any recommendation for cleaning the inner lining at the inside top of pop top? Mine is a sort velvet type lining but I’ve noticed it’s started to show water marks/brown spots at certain points. See pic. Although they’re hard to see from the pic.
