When undertaking a long overdue, end-of-summer deep clean (of the van), I noticed that our T6’s indicators have a build up of grime under the clear plastic. Any tips for prising them off? Haven’t tried yet.

On the back I noticed that the T6 design has more crevices for storing sludge than the T5, principally around the bumper reflectors.

These can by pushed off easily enough by sticking your hand up beneath the bumper and squeezing the clips to loosen them. Once off they can be properly cleaned, as can the muck-filled channels they sit in. Hopefully someone will find this information of use.

Anyone have any other detailing tips?

Did you ever work out how to get your side indicators off? Mine also have a tinge of green! I darent look at the back ones!

From that useful video it looks like either remove the wheel arch liner to get access to release the retaining clip or buy 2 new repeater units to replace the broken ones due to the clip breaking off during removal.

Urgh. Not ideal! Thanks

Don’t think the clip broke as the guy says it pops out so, I’m guessing it will pop back in?
