Rear Mud flap Bolts

I noticed today that two of the three bolts that hold on the rear near side mudflap are missing.
Does anyone know if the bolts / fixings are available separately? Done an online search and can only find them as part of a full set or pair of rear mud guards? Keen to resolve asap before it inevitably flies off on the motorway and / or potentially damages the bumper.

Is it not under warranty?

It is under warranty. I assumed they would say this is wear and tear and not covered but will contact VW today and find out.
