Comfort Insurance Claim

further to my recent thread about the handling of a claim with Comfort which has now been deleted.. I am happy to report that the claim is now concluded! Once the vehicle was collected the whole repair was dealt with very well, with great contact from the repair garage and I picked up a sparkly van this morning with a 5 star repair and colour match to the panels. Thank You Comfort X

As discussed via PM the post was not deleted it was hidden for 90 mins whilst we spoke to the managing director at Comfort and the thread has been live ever since, Comfort even added an official response.
