Batteries on the way out?

Getting the date reset issue as the console reboots, everything works fine tho, heater, fridge and roof, but battery was showing 60% but now flashes, swaps the G when being driven.

Earth Shunt, and how old are the Leisure Batteries? Have they been properly maintained, placed on Mains Charger for at least 12/24 hrs monthly?
