Control Panel Advice please

We are on an extended trip around Europe, and have been on the road since January. We have left our van parked in Helsinki airport for 4 days over this past weekend,whilst we returned to UK to see family. We left our fridge turned on. We are now on a campsite in Finland, on hook-up, and the control panel is flashing an alternate G in a circle / hook up symbol in the right bottom corner. It shows 14.1 V / 0% / 0.0 A. The fridge seems to be working, as does the socket inside the van. Can anyone explain what has happened please?

Switch Off, using L lower button. Wait 30 secs and the switch On using L lower button.

Is it working properly?
