Convert T4 westfalia meth stoves to gas

Hi, We have a 1992 T4 Westfalia/ California. We would like to convert the meth burners to gas. Does anyone have a solution please?

I think your best bet is to source a newer gas hob unit from eBay or other. German eBay perhaps.
I don’t think the actual meth units are convertible.
