Converting spirit burners to gas?

Spirit burners work fine if they are kept clean, but the cooking goes slower. Personally I rarely cook inside the van, if possible we install a small Campinggaz stove outside.
You could try and find a one to one swap, didn't find the right one myself in time, but as for inspiration:

Thank you Brugse, I do not wish to modify the original interior. It seems that I found an original spirit stove - that will be enough for me for morning Espresso (Restaurants do the rest)
