Please could someone tell me how many doors or solid sides or open sides the shelter has ?? Keep peering at the pics on here and the Decath web site but can't really tell! Wondering whether it would suit us but live miles from a shop to go and look. Thank you very much.

The bright green one has two doors with insect screens, these are shown to the front and right in decathlon's picture, the 2 other sides each have a window at the top with a fly screen too. It has a diagonal strap across the ground and no built in groundsheet.

A word of warning though, don't park 2 bikes in a stand across the diagonal strap if extremely high winds are forecast. Otherwise it's great, and quick to put up and take down.

Thank you that's really helpful. Can I just ask where you put it when travelling - does it fit across the boot ok? We wondered if it might fit behind the passenger seat in front of the kitchen, but perhaps it would be too big? We really appreciate your help, thank you.

We put ours underneath the rear passenger seats/passenger shelf whilst travelling. It's really not that big. If you take a look at YouTube, you'll see a few videos of people unbagging them and putting them up. It will give you an idea of the relative size - packed and unpacked.

Ours usually lies flat on top of what's loaded on the parcel shelf. Roughly level with the top of the bench seat, just resting on the window ledge of the back door and means bench doesn't need moved forward, as that makes it tricky to get the sliding table out for stops enroute.

Apologies folks! I should have said 'rear passenger seats'. I've just amended my earlier post

Thank you Lowman, Looby and Maud you've been great helps! Lowman we just thought you meant you folded it really small, but can see that the under seat drawer would be a good place for it especially if we can squash our dogs' food in round it. Thank you all.

Hi RedCali. When I say "under the rear passenger seat", I don't mean in the drawer. It's a bit big for that!

No, what I mean was we slide it into the space underneath the rear parcel shelf and rear seats. Perhaps I should have said that in the first place...sorry for the confusion :)

Thanks Lowman, I see what you mean! Think we will buy one and assume we can squash it in with all our other stuff.... two Labradors, our daughter and lots of walking boots and rucsacs!

I pull the rear seats forward a bit and slot it between the seat backs and rear shelf. Works fine for me!
