Delivered and put into action

After a long wait I finally received delivery on 30th April (Edited) and have now clocked up some 2000 miles so feel qualified to say - great decision a fantastic machine. Any doubts I had were gone on spending our first night in Kent before departing into Europe. Getting ready for bed was so so easy, the build quality and the way things just fitted into place so quickly was excellent. The drive that followed and overnight stays in Germany and Slovenia were equally impressive. I guess the van averaged about 32 mpg. I have queries but won't take the time of the forum until I've read the manuals fully. I may pose a couple of specific questions in the coming days. Bottom line is this - the vehicle is expensive but worth it. Don't hesitate if you are in a position to go for it

I did 22 countries in 15 months in 11/12 and slept up top every night......

The versatility of the Cali is you can pitch up and sleep anywhere and people and the authorities simply see you as a curiosity........in mainland Europe.....
