Found this part underneath our 2012 T5 California (in our parking spot). Any idea what this is? The bus still drove fine, but want to make sure there are no long term implications... Do I need to get our bus to the garage asap? Did this even come from our bus?

Thats the handbrake cable return spring the black plastic piece has snapped, it screws onto the threaded end of the cable adjuster underneath the van. Easy fix, i believe the black plastic part is common to t4, t5, t6 and should be readily available.
