Door mirrors were not folding in with key fob. FYI.

After being away for 6 months, I just had a completely dead engine battery replaced by the AA & the door mirrors stopped folding in using the key fob on long press. Suspect windows weren't opening/closing same as usual either. I emailed Advanced in-car etc (Poole), & they replied with the solution which I thought I would post on this forum in case anyone else gets the same problem. Simply put both windows down and then up, when both up, let go of the button and lift and hold for two seconds in the UP position. All good now.
