Draw on leisure battery

Strange one, I use this pad when I get a sore back. Makes a big difference. About to go away and wondered if anyone might have some idea if a leisure battery might be able to cope with this. We have two solar 110 panels as well. We won’t be on a hook up. It’s says on the pad

200-240 v 50 hZ 15 W ( max 110W)

Any advice would be great

Not sure which vehicle you have, no details on Avatar.
On a SE/Ocean, no problem using the B pillar 150w Inverter Socket, but you will need an appropriate adapter. Having said that some electronic devises are a bit picky regarding the “quality” of the AC waveform. You can but try.
On a Beach, which only has 1 Leisure Battery, I would suggest restricting use to daylight hours.
