My daughter purchased me some driving gloves for christmas and I am amazed at how they improve the driving expereince, does anyone else own driving gloves?

I have been using driving gloves for a few years now, got a great deal on QVC on a pair of Omega's that should of been £200 and only paid £125. Great gloves

only gloves in our van are for washing up, have not had the need to try and drive in them.

I have one of those as well but didn't want to boast.

I thought there were certain criteria to meet prior to being allowed to wear driving gloves:

1. Trilby placed on the rear parcel shelf
2. Packet of Worthers in the glove box
3. Be smoking a pipe.
4. Never passed a driving test as it wasn't required when you started driving.

Have the rules changed recently?
