Engineering menu has popped up on the discover media pro screen. Can’t turn it off.
Diesel heater light is on on the central control panel but heater is not working. Can anyone help.

Stab in the dark from me - There is a "press and hold the power button for 10 Seconds" for a reset, as mentioned here. But that is normally for the blank screen and wont power on.

Worth a try ? No?

Discover Media Pro blackscreen

Got in the van this morning and the big screen (Discover Media Pro) was black and I had a warning in the cockpit screen regarding traffic sign recognition not working. Tried in vain to get it back to life by locking/unlocking/starting with no success. Phoned Citygate Wooburn Green to book it in...

What does the Engineering Menu’ show and is anything selectable?

As @Stu@rt suggests a 10 second press of the on/off ‘button’ should reset the system. Whether it fixes your issue would be good to know.
