Just 10 Minutes drive away from home where this great track starts (okay, you have to take a small train up the mountain) and lead you to some fantastic view:

So when passing through Switzerland/Gotthard Tunnel you may find some time to go for a 2.5h walk (great with kids and dogs) on the Mountain of Stoos (next to the town of Schwyz).

I walked up there on snowshoes last year, awesome day! Wish I lived closer to take fuller advantage because that's a stunning area.

Realy nice , mountains are great in the wintertime but stunning in the summertime!
The colors are impressive .
What height was that?
We went up above 3000m in Austria in the summer and that also was magnificent!

We did take the lift up there , but did sevral other walks not using the lifts...
Would love to live in the mountains...or near...
