Yes, the responses above are from VWCS. The dealer (Alan Day) has been pretty good, I think. After an initial wait and them pestering, they suggested I raise it directly as I might get a better reponse. To be fair, that also stopped me pestering the dealer!Has anyone awaiting replacement been in contact with VW Customer Services UK?
I believe VW used to sell a Kenwood Infotainment System as an Upgrade.
I've asked VWCS to flag it as an official compliant but need to look into that, maybe flag with their head office and/or look at external points of complaint (ombudsman) and that kind of thing. I'm used to reading so many complaints about waiting times with roof issues that I'm thinking this is water of a duck's back to VW.
