Hi All. My first post here, and I wondered if anyone can help.
Have a 2019/2020 Westfalia Club Joker (hard top) on VW T6, but have a problem with the main control panel - it illuminates but no functions appear. Both leisure batteries have good health(>90%) and have checked all the fuses I can find. Any suggestions please. Thanks all.

Can you switch it Off then On again, as you would a computer to reboot the software.
If no such switch then you could remove the necessary fuses that power it or remove unit and unplug it.

Check the cable plug on the inside of the cabinet at the back of the control panel. Is it fully seated? I’d probably:

- open the sliding cabinet next to the side door and turn off the power (large red switch)
-disconnect the cable plug from the control panel and reconnect it firmly
-turn the power back on in the sliding door cabinet (large red switch)
-test

I would certainly do what Webbah and Welshgas suggest first. I have a problem with both of the tank sensors on my Club Joker not registering any fluid levels. Westfalia have accepted a warranty claim to replace both sensors which I am having fitted in a month's time. However, my reason for responding to your post is that, when I described the problem to the dealer they immediately assumed that it was a faulty control panel. Which makes me believe that there have been a few faulty control panels installed over the last few years? Looks like your vehicle is outside the 2 year Westfalia warranty period and unfortunately Westfalia are very strict on expiry date. So, I hope that the hard reset works.

Hi. Tried all that to no avail. Replaced all fuses just in case so head scratching think probably control unit faulty
