Flashing G and two pin plug symbol

I have a G and a two pin plug symbol flashing on the overhead display. I've checked manual and it says it's a charging problem. Checked voltage to battery under seat and it's getting 13.2 v with the engine running the other batter under the wardrobe is only getting 11.5 v, again with engine running. Any ideas cause? T5 2.0L SE DSG 2015.

I get this occasionally and a reset of the control panel normally fixes it.
Try pressing the off button 2 times then press it on again.

Thanks, but I've checked the charging voltage to one of the batteries, and it's only getting 11.5v with the engine running.
