Ford E-Transit (also new Transporter?)

Found the (first?) pictures of the new Ford E-Transit which is developed together with VW. Probably the new E-Transporter will look (more or less) the same as of 2024.
380 KM (236 miles) range. To be build in Otosan, both the Ford as the VW.

Autocar covered this today on their Web page. Based on the vw meb platform with a promise of 236 mile range.

That is not in any way a Vw its a Transit Custom.

If thats the future, I'm out. No way will a tranny have a cult following.

Sadly the Transit looks nicer than the new Transporter. What a fugly abomination.

I've been given one of these as a courtesy vehicle today. Always nice to have a brand new vehicle with only 53 miles on the clock! I have not looked up the difference in size, but it 'feels' like a transit in its proportions and driving position. The transporter always used to be a bit more sleek and narrower.
It's my first time driving an EV, and I like it, particularly the B one pedal driving mode. I'd be more than happy to have an EV, but even with only an 80 mile round trip I can feel the range anxiety!
