Fridge not working properly

I just went camping for the first time with my t6 2016 coast and i am experiencing some problems with the fridge. When i try to put it on a level higher then 1, it turns itself off. It also seems like it is not cooling on level 1 because it is still +10°c in the fridge while it has been on for about 24h. On the control panel it also doesnt show any amps being used, which makes me think the fridge is not working. I experience the same problem on battery, engine and plugged in. Anyone who knows what might be the problem?

I would still check a few other things
- get the leisure batteries checked
- get the fuse on the battery terminal checked

This will assure that it is not an issue with the leisure batteries.

If the battery circuit is fine, then it may be an issue with the fridge controller. Easy to take out and send to penguin refrigeration to fix and return.

Yesterday i checked all electrical stuff from the fridge. All readings seemed correct and as expected. Weird thing is that while doing last reading, the fridge started working and cooling again. After about 2h on max, temp in the fridge dropped to -1°c, but not sure if this is the expected temp as i dont know how cold the fridge is supposed to get.
The fridge controller unit has some scratches on it so it seems like previous owners did something there already.

I'm going to keep checking the fridge this week to see if it is still working or not.

While checking all electrical we found the leisure battery under driver (passenger for uk) seat to be warm to the touch. Is this normal?
