Front seat disassembly

Trying to fix a front seat. Sitting part is wobbling up and down.
Removed it outside no problem but disassembly of the plate and the base doesn't look so intuitive. Anybody got experience with it?

The issue was simple and I am not surprised yet again. When VW mechanics were fixing the seat heating under warranty they assembled the seat wrong. The seating part is mounted by 2 big bolts in the front and back is secured via bracket that should slide under the narrow gap if you can see it on a photo. Experts just put it on top and it was kinda holding as long as the back part was put straight up. As soon as you incline it and try laying in the seat the back bottom part would raise leaving it wobbling.
Could have paid 200euros at VW service fixing what they fked up themselves.
Sadly some trim plastic damages as a result of such use.
