Hi Elly, in fact I just bought some new ones last Friday at our local Ikea. They were at the sales corner for 1€/hook.
As planned I screwed them all into the frame permanently, and on both sides. At the kitchen side to hang the rail for the shelves and containers (post 110), the other side for the rail with hooks holding coats, my office equipment or my 'stealth mesh screen' (posts 138 and 149). (The hooks at the rail you can then slide of course). If you 3D print them you don't need my cork solution and just shape the hooks to the oval rail. I would keep them the same height though. This way you can still use shelves and pots with the roof down while just keeping enough space to open the kitchen lid and to go underneath at the door side.
