VW Transporter California Camper Shelf. This is German made by Calitop and is specifically made to fit the California elevating roof.

This shelf is a really useful addition to your California. You attach it above the fridge and it rests on the hinge of the pop top. When the pop top closes, the shelf stays in place. Useful to put mugs/cups and cutlery on/in. It also has hooks so you can hang tea towels etc. It comes with the rail attached. It originally cost £96 with postage.
