Grand California wi fi router

Hi. I have purchased a second hand grand California. I recently got a SIM for the router. Seems to all work ok but comes up as no internet. LHS light flashes fast. Middle light flashes slowly from blue and RHS light is solid green. Same SIM has been checked on a phone and works ok. Any ideas please

First thing to check is if the antenna is connected into the right port at the rear of the unit. If you go to the Grand California section of the forum and put ‘WiFi’ into the search, you will see a lot of information on getting it up and running.

Thanks for the suggestion. My van is in storage and needs a trip to investigate. I’ve now looked at the rear of the unit and from the other forums see that it may be the rear port connection. See photo. Next trip will be to move the conn to the far LHS port. Work in progress! (There is also an unconnected lead, also in the see photo far LHS, which I’m assuming remains unconnected. I can’t see anywhere to connect it)

I don't have a GC but find SIM issues are generally related to needing to add the SIM logon info in settings. You can’t generally just drop a SIM in, you will need the mobile networks logon and password, as well as a data plan on the card. You can Google the details, network dependant.
