So as a famly we have had 2 Calis - both 204 4 motions - one in NZ when we lived there and one here for a couple of years. We sold it as we had a very small child and we never realy used it enough plus i needed a car for work that would fit in a carpark < 1.9m.
Fast forward another few years and we've cycled through cars and been pondering buying a bigger motorhome as we do enjoy holidaying in them although we would not do our main summer hols in one all the time. We've rented white boxes (Swift 695) and Hymercar Yosemite. Both great vehicles - buying one ? No I don't think so. Having circa 65k tied up in a van we compelled to use doesn't work when we can hire one for 1000 a week in high season.
So..as I get more free time from work and consider what I like doing I'm back at looking for a Beach. I ride and ski a lot so beach with heater gives me practicality and options. On the hunt for a manual one now with parking heater and some fruity options inc LEDs as having done 60k miles in both calis I know how bad the std lights are. Might end up biting the bullet and going for new - dual tone grey/black, black awning, 17" cascavels, appconnect, parking heater, folding mirrors, towbar fixed, privacy glass, black interior sounds about right. Oh and M&S tyres and mudflaps as a pain to fit after.
