Heater control error

Hi all,

Apologies if this in the wrong forum folks...

I have a flashing night heater symbol on my central control unit. Following advice on the sticky, I can get to the VW diagnose screen and I have a 2001 error.

Any tips where to go next?

Holding the central button down for 5 seconds doesn’t seem to reset the error.

looks like it could be a chilly night!
