It's a Pipit. Specifically, a Rock Pipit. Anthus Petrosus. Certainly looking forward to doing a little bird watching, come spring.

The van is an amazing hide, you can lie in the warm, and listen and watch

Where we live you don't need to lie quietly in the van listening and watching. The feathered fiends are too busy crapping all over it to notice you.
A common species in these parts is the Great Screeching Shitehawk.
