How difficult would it be for me to replace the right hand kitchen door myself ? Has anyone replaced the door before?

I tried to work out how to do it, but failed and ended up executing a cosmetic repair with it still in place.

Hi, the bottom runner for the sliding kitchen cupboard doors in our Ocean has come a drift. Is this a common problem and is there an easy fix or should I take back to VW as a warranty issue?

I did some shopping around , someone on eBay selling what looked like the right part from Germany … cheaper but .. could I rely on what I was going to get .
a local Vw parts specialist quoted the same price as Vw themselves so bit the bullet and got the genuine piece from Vw. Had to wait around a week to get it from Germany all for £480 ..

it was very easy to fit

empty the cupboard’s out , remove the drawer

move both doors to the left
using I think a 3mm Allen key undo the small bolts from the top hanger

move both doors gently over to the right , same again undo the hanger bolts

the hangers them selves will slide out of the way , this will allow you to wiggle the old door out. Then exact reverse to reinstall

This will teach me a hard lesson … never move gas bottles in the van ..
would of been cheaper to take a taxi to get a new bottle
