How Do I Remove the Invertor Socket Face Plate

My Hex Euro Socket on the B post broke the first time I used it. The electrical part dropped back inside the van and needs clipping back on. Does anybody know how I remove the face place. The part with the yellow writing and top hinged lid? It looks pushed and clipped in but an hour of trying and I can't see how to remove it. Thanks

It is stuck on with glue

Without breaking it - you cant!!

If you tease it with a flat screw driver in each corner and then twist it you will break the plastic tabs..... then cut off the excess plastic with a Stanley, it can then be stuck back in place - if you have been careful then you will not see any scratch marks...

We turned ours up side down so the 2 pin converter to 3 pin plug (bought from the VW shop) fits a treat and the sprung loaded flap supports the weight !!
