How easy is it to remove the multiflexboard and the cupboard

I am looking to remove the flex board in the back and the cupboard so that I can fit two extra single seats in the back to make my Cali a 6 seater.

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove them both?

Also, does anyone know what the switch does that is between the driver's seat and the door on the panel between the drivers door and sliding door?

The switch is to switch off the alarm when you leave dogs in the vehicle or put it on a ferry, it disables the the interior and the motion sensors.

Easy to remove the board and storage box. If rather awkward to lift. Each has two T fixings into the floor rails. Unscrew as far as you can and then twist the egg shaped bit 90 deg to release.
