How do I remove/tighten this…(inside wardrobe)

Hi, the plastic panel behind this fixing (at the back of the wardrobe), has some movement/rattle (is that normal?). How can I remove it/tighten it? Looks like I’ll damage the fixing if I try to force it out.

It comprises of 2 separate parts....a stud that goes in to the panel hols and a locking pin. Both are plastic. Prise the pin out, relocate the stud securely in the hole and knock the pin in fully. The pin does have what looks like an allen key socket, but if you try to turn then it has little effect. Instead prise the pin out by placing tool between the pin and stud.

I use a torx T20 or T25 (don’t remember) in a quality power drill (good power control). Place the torx at the allen key hole, and firmly bump the drill at the back ones to seat the torx bit in the pin/allen key. Then just unscrew it, remove the pin, and then the stud.
Usually possible to re-use the stud and pin. Place the stud where it shoul be, and puch the pin in, use a dead blow hammer if needed..
