Its not easy being green...
The side door rear rail (the one embedded into the rear panel above the wheel), is coming loose.

There is some movement in the rail when closing the door.
There's no outward facing bolts/fixings (a small plastic cover to the rear of the rail reveals nothing and the one visible bolt inside the door space is tight), so from googling I see that the rail has bolts fitted to the back of the rail and so the bolts are inside the van behind the trim.
Has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it?
Any advice on which trim panels on the inside to remove (sequence?) would be appreciated.
I can imagine this is going to be quite a faff to reach these bolts for a quick tighten!
Cheers!
