How to attach a photo.

Hi fellow camper van owners.

I'm having trouble loading a photo to a post. I go to "insert image" then drag and drop the photo, but, unfortunately, the reply is "invalid format".
The photo was taken on an IPhone and pulled from the album on a Mac.
What am I doing wrong?

iPhone and Mac formats are generally "live" photos which is a HEIC file.

Convert it to JPEG.

I've taken a look at the format of the photo, and it's already in a JPEG format. IMG_5604.jpeg.
Could it be a file size issue?

I have no issue with an iPhone / iPad inserting photos but I am using the Tapatalk app to get to this forum. Works like a charm.

I guess depends on the fize size and if this site has a size limit. I have just tired a 5mb HEIC file and the site converts it to PNG, so that is fine.

I note you are not a member - I'd have to check but maybe non members cannot upload images.

Bar that I'd say pilot error.
